I have worked with Lou Rivera and Work Site since 1996. The new hire training in ergonomics and the work site task evaluations were key to preventing injuries and saving our companies thousands of dollars. If our employees complained of pain, Lou and his staff would respond quickly to evaluate and make recommendations for changes in work habits. This often corrected the issue, alleviated the employees’ pain, and prevented costly workers’ compensation claims.
